Terms of Service

Effective date: November 1, 2026

These terms apply to your use of Furliss Wax Studio’s website and business messaging services.

Website Information

Our website provides information about our services, pricing, policies, and booking options. Information may change. Please confirm current pricing, service details, and availability through our booking system or directly with Furliss.

Appointments and Purchases

Appointments and purchases are subject to the applicable terms shown during booking or checkout.

Please review our Policies page for deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-show information.

Sending a message does not reserve, cancel, or reschedule an appointment. An appointment change is complete only when confirmed through our booking system or directly by Furliss.

Business Messaging and AI Assistance

Furliss may use Google’s AI-powered messaging to answer routine questions. You may request assistance from a person.

Automated answers can contain errors. Confirm service suitability, pricing questions, and appointment changes directly with Furliss when clarification is needed.

Messaging is not an emergency service and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice. Service eligibility may require consultation and completion of intake and consent forms.

Messaging availability depends on your device, mobile carrier, and service coverage. Message frequency varies with your conversation. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out by replying STOP or using your messaging app’s unsubscribe controls. For help, contact furlisswax@gmail.com or (210) 535-7244.

Appropriate Use

Do not use our website or messaging services for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, impersonation, or attempts to interfere with the service.

Third-Party Services

Booking, payment, and messaging features may be provided by third parties, including Vagaro and Google. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Privacy

Please review Furliss Wax Studio’s Privacy Policy for information about how we handle personal information.

Updates and Contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date.
