Please review the following policies before booking. They help keep appointments running smoothly and ensure every client receives the time, care, and attention they deserve.
A non-refundable deposit is required for all first-time clients and for any client with a previous same-day cancellation, same-day reschedule, or no-show—even when booking with a package. If a deposit is required, the invoice must be paid upon receipt to hold the appointment. Unpaid appointments may be canceled and released for online booking. Deposits are applied toward the scheduled service and cannot be transferred to another person.
Appointments may be rescheduled online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours are considered same-day changes. Any deposit paid will be forfeited; when no deposit is on file, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total may be charged. This policy also applies to appointments booked using a package. Rescheduling does not exempt an appointment from the cancellation policy.
A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arriving late may require your service to be shortened or modified so the next client’s appointment is not delayed. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and will forfeit any deposit paid. When no deposit is on file, the same-day cancellation fee may apply.
Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be charged according to the cancellation policy. Future appointments will require prepayment, and online booking privileges may be restricted.
Children are welcome when necessary, provided they can remain safely seated and supervised throughout the appointment. Please remember that the studio contains hot wax, equipment, and limited space.
Allow your hair to grow for approximately two to three weeks after shaving—or at least the length of a grain of rice. Avoid exfoliating for 24–48 hours before your appointment, discontinue retinol or other sensitizing products as directed, and arrive with clean, dry skin.
Waxing can be performed during pregnancy and while menstruating. Please wear a fresh tampon or menstrual cup during intimate services. Increased sensitivity is possible, and first-time intimate waxing late in pregnancy may not be recommended. Please consult your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.
